Tenso service has fallen so miserably bad that i feel like flying to japan and make them swallow a katana.
Package arrive on 23rd at 11am. They waited untill 24th to inform me package arrive and then allow me to do the payment. I made the payment around 10am. Untill now i also have not seen the package sent out.
I suppose they trying to drag it untill 25th so that the package can be sent out on friday and arrive on tuesday or wednesday.

Last time i use their services, immediately after package arrive, my account page will pop out to inform me to make payment on the same date it arrived. Then after making payment, next day sent out with EMS tracking code.

Got better forwarder recommendation ? I've been looking.. At least reliable and not Delivery Half Lost + Got and Run cases. Been looking and i couldn't find one.
