Hello, anyone know where I preorder an EU copy of the digital collectors edition of the expansion? I live in Malaysia, so I can't buy anything since everything is region locked.

I already tried GMG but it's blocked, even after I use vpn's my PayPal will get an error saying "at this time we're unable too process the request". UK SE store is blocked too.

My friends and I who own an EU copy of the game ordered a digital copy from Kinguin. We already have our EA codes but are still waiting for the game code.
