Managed to buy it from GMG, I followed the steps below from asking a redditor:

1. Use Zenmate Chrome extension ( https://zenmate.com/ )
2. Set to UK after install.
3. Login to GMG.
4. Add to cart, with following coupon code ( 22SLIC-KDEALS-EXCLUS )
5. Checkout

Paid USD 46.80 for the collector's edition. Somehow I can't get it to Euro currency for me. Gave up and used the 22% off code instead.

After purchase, got the Pre-Order code in email from GMG, but cannot enter yet.

You will need to create an account with zenmate set beforehand.

Just verified my card on Paypal. Still getting some kind of detail error Maybe need wait another day

I am wondering, at Paypal order summary page, it mentions "You'll be able to see your order details before you pay", but I do not see any details on the item I want to buy. Is that working fine?
