Luckily Malaysia best friend with China, and China thought Brunei is part of Malaysia, then China close one eye let Malaysia & Brunei continue drill. Philippines & Vietnam both butthurt because they don't like China and cannot claim the islands (oil potential oil & gas deposits) around South China Sea, even if they want to bring it to International Court of Justice, they scare lose.
