under normal circumstances, yes, maintenance and expenses down.

but the 30% run 60-70% of the country's private enterprises. the biggest supermarkets, biggest furniture shops, biggest clothing retailers, biggest car retailers, etc, etc. if they are gone the gov't has to step in to provide these goods.

Sultan Brunei tu harta bende dia banyak. aku percaya Sultan Brunei already did a homework. Sultan brunei banyak belajar daripada Negara jiran Indonesia dan Malaysia.
