can someone explain to me what this is?

I just checked...gkl83, ryugan, kEi, adrian, edwin...all also go outside the white line the entire race! Only me and mie2 are within the line! What is going on? Penalty control is going nuts!! Gkl83, edwin...did I not mention you have to stay within the white line??

I tried...speed is 30kmph faster at that corner...my times were faster about 0.2-0.3 seconds per lap if I go outside the white line.

I did during qualifying. Gkl83 also responded using quick chat remember? I told him immediately after I saw him cutting that track.

let's just put it this way...what is that white line for guys? Its to show you that the track area is just that far.
ryugan: just because there is tarmac, doesn't mean that its the new race track. Those are called "run off areas" and are actually made for safety reasons. A big example is turn 8 in Turkey track. Why don't the F1 racers use that "run off area"? Because its not supposed to be the track Next example is our next track...Hungary. Look at this pic of the 2nd corner. There is a huge "run-off" area for safety reasons only. It is NOT the track. Pretty obvious for an F1 driver isn't it?

Real F1 drivers don't put their whole car outside the white line. Just look at mie2, he's smart...only put half his car outside the line. You guys completely disregarded the white line...completely!

wah...you think I'm on low fuel load ar? I reduce speed even further when I'm on heavy fuel & cold tyres coz I kena before going onto the grass during practice with heavy fuel / cold tyres.

there's 3 types of white lines...one to show you the pitlane exit, one to show you the sector (times), and the last is to show you the track la. Oh ya, the race grid lines...they're white too isn't it? Similar to our normal roads...what color are the lines on the road? Those double lines punya? White color rite?

its not a matter of "onli XXXkmph" or not. You have the advantage of going faster on that corner by going off the line, completely. And for the entire race man...I don't even know if I was doing 260kmph at low fuel load and still inside the white line

but those with low fuel will be able to overtake you...remember our race in USA?

listen to this commenting...right after the start of the race, the words "run-off" area is mentioned. That's what its called

PRINZE, your 1.16 is good ady la. We were doing about 1.17.5 during the race man

I just realized one thing...when I was racing with Jacky and Prinze earlier...the total race distance is 30 laps. I just came back from playing with AI and realized the race distance is 31 laps

so to prevent further problems like in Silverstone...we will calculate and inform the number of laps for each track before race day. For example, if the total number of laps is 30...and the total number of laps in your race is 31. Please restart the game...and try to fix the problem. I'm trying to find out now why it is showing 31 when playing with AI...

we're playing 4X fuel load ma. Were you playing 4X fuel load last time? 4X is damn lot...sometimes when I use your settings...the tyres wear out more than kimster's setups. Need modifications.

F1 Website
Since we have 2 web designers now...and I cannot decide how to split the jobs...we will have a competition. Both groups will create an F1 website on their own. The dateline for this competition is 1 week before the 2005 season. From there, each member of this league will vote on which website will be used on our league. Basically, the winner will be choosen by the most number of votes
