Hi guys finally back to iOS camp after 1 year of trying out Android.
Sabahans, please beware of Maxis Centers in Kota Kinabalu. Especially the one in Imago. I had so much lies from them.
First day, I went to their centre to signup for the RM100 iValue 1 plan. They did whatever they could to convince me into taking the Maxis One Plan, which is RM158, I then told them that my wife don't use that much of data / minutes. They said there will be a problem with porting in if I take the iValue 1 instead of the Maxis One Plan (WTF?!!!) I said ok, then port my wife's Umobile to Hotlink first then. Rather than taking the One plan first and converting to iValue 1 tomorrow (where got such thing?
Today, I got my iPhone 6 Plus, which I thought at first was a chip at the sides, after I demand an exchange for a different unit, they start telling me lies like no more stocks for the color or ask me to exchange the new one with a recon one etc.. I then agreed to take the Gold Color. Again, they came up with every bit of effort to force me to take the one with the chip. Finally they rubbed it off (who knew what happened in between)
This is so so unethical. Why should I get the recon one when I paid full price for a new one?
But then again, if you don't want to make reports, at least don't lie la.. You can at your end try to remove the defects or etc. But don't lie to your customers!
The staffs were like giving signals among themselves so that they will there's no stocks la blablabla when there in obviously stocks in store.
I had my iPhones previously at DiGi centres in KK where they'd opened up another set to let me choose whichever I want to take if I find any defects with the first unit. That is what we call good service. Even though their line is not that good .

Anyways, just an advise to others. Not ranting or anything. Please take care. The Maxis Center in Imago is full of bull.
very bad service you received there at KK maxis center. why don't you leave the store and went to other maxis center?and might need to send an email to maxis customer care for this issue too
