I not sure whether it similar case for my phone or not... My side glass, when pressed can feel the faint click...

In my case, the sides are fine, I didn't hear any clicks. Here's the pic. But it happened on both sides.

Is the phone a new set or recon unit?

Why did it pop out in the first place?
*
Probably refurbished? But they said it's a new set. But if it's from apple so nothing to worry about. I don't know how it pop out. Never dropped it so probably hardware issue like what mudkipryan94 said.

I am shocked to here this, i send my iPhone 6 plus for RMA on 18/6/2016. until now no call receive that my iPhone replacement unit is arrive, then i call DiGi to ask why take so long, they told me started april this year, all apple claim need send to their center for inspection before proceed with the claim. All this process need take maximum 3 week. Apple after sales service seem getting worse. Last time only take one week. hai...

My iphone 6 claimed took around 1 week for maxis. I claimed during the second week of june.

Guys, what is the procedure for warranty claim for iphone6 from maxis?

I went to ttdi they tell me I need leave the phone with them and be phone less for 2weeks which is ridiculous. My previous iPhone 5s with Digi I just need to wait for replacement unit availability and then just swap it. No need to be phoneless

If I know maxis is such a bitch I wouldn't have signed up with them. Who the heck can live without their phone for 2 weeks wtf
*
pretty much that. i have to submit my iphone 6 for diagnosis and i received my replacement all in a week. i was phoneless for a week. i think that was quite fast considering the complaints i heard that some already waited for more than 3 weeks with digi.

Now that's scary  sweat.gif

If I'm not mistaken, the replacement set would have a new battery. Based on what I read before handing in my phone for warranty claim. But who knows. sweat.gif

hi.. what's wrong with whatsapp in Android?
I want to know too
*
actually there's nothing wrong with whatsapp on android. it's just that like elmolee said, in android, you can still press 'send' to send offline messages even though you're not connected to the internet. those messages will be sent to the person once you're connected. but in ios, you're unable to do that. even you can't press 'send'. that's all. smile.gif

owh that sucks. what if there are defects on it? can i request for a new one instead? and the serial number wont match anymore right?
*
The replacement set will come in a small box and the phone is wrapped in bubbles wrap. I claimed mine in June but through Maxis. It is a refurbished set and so far it looks brand new. If the refurbished is from Apple, there's no need to worry much. And warranty is one year for the replacement set. I suggest you try to contact apple and chat with them regarding the problem. So they'll know you already logged a report.

Warranty for a seed unit would depend on how many months left for your initial unit. Not 1 year more.
*
i've checked the serial number for my unit on the warranty check status and it showed differently. it started on the week i received my unit which is June this year to next year June. hmm.gif

Check again after a week, the date will be readjusted according to your warrranty duration. Happened to me before in my iphone 5.
*
I've just check again last night before i comment to make sure. Same date as the one I checked last 2 months.

Untunglah... laugh.gif
But like mentioned, warranty period will be reverted back to the original warranty start date if you send your phone back to sc. If you look at your service invoice, it states your current and replacement units serial number on it as well.

Where to find service invoice? Oh well, I'll ask apple again then. Lol

Guys, a few users here (and non-users) are facing problems downloading/updating apps in the App Store via Unifi. Can you guys try it out and see if you guys can download an app? You guys can start off by trying to download a small app/game (2mb-10mb) and see if it downloads. If it does, try downloading a larger app/game (500mb-1gb). Please report your finding in this thread. Please provide as much information as possible. The very least you guys can do is provide your findings as such;

Small app: Successful (fast, average speed, really slow) / Fail (Stuck at waiting, keeps circling, etc)

Big app: Successful (fast, average speed, really slow) / Fail (Stuck at waiting, keeps circling, etc)

ISP : Streamyx, Maxis Fibre, Unifi, etc

Noted. I thought I was the only one.
