as what i saw soho unit got booked up to 90% already (not sure is it tactic used by developer) and left over units are some 900sqft unit and very less 1.3ksqft unit.

anyone have the info regarding the waive of stamp duty on MOT? kindly share.

I also wondering about the waive of stamp duty on MOT. Last time I heard that we need to refer to lawyer regarding the waive. Lawyer will manage the waive. Correct me if I am wrong.

According to what i know, government has announced on MOT waive for SPA signed within Jan 2019 - June 2019 but the Law has yet to be set by Government yet.

http://mapex.com.my/hoc2019/ - some information i found here.

Once government has set the Law and the developer have to register the project with REDHA and pay a registration fee maximum RM6,000 for one project.

After project got approval, for those buyer who are first house purchase, after sign SPA developer have to submit that particular SPA and approval letter for "CERTIFICATION" then have to pay another RM150 - RM200 per unit sold.

After CERTIFICATION and paid, only that particular SPA / House buyer entitle for MOT waive.

MOT - stamp duty which need to pay when project complete / key handover. RM400k house need to pay around RM7-8k

Correct me if im wrong. Seeking for more information.

yea, have placed booking but after 10 days only CIMB (a newbie noob banker) called. where is the other banker??

Is it correct if developer pay all the initial legal fees and spa fees for us, we cannot use our own banker? Kindly advise.
