Thank you for the clear comparison. Obviously Netizen is more high end and more convenient due to closer / safer distance to MRT in making. Netizen should be the most luxury high rise besides WOTP and C180.

However, I just doubt SOHO is doable in this area? How many units of SOHO compare with overall development?

Who is the confirm tenant for the Hypermarket?
