Any cherasian here. What you guys think about the location of this project. I wen for a survey yesterday, this place surrounded by many comercial centre which i believe very good. The MRT give extra unique characteristic to this project.

In my personal opinion on Netizen
PLUS 1.Lowest psqft among Cheras vicinity = RM445psft. 2. Not too near & too far frm MRT. No sound polution. 3. Comes with comercial unit downstair. 4. Very good accessibility. Near highway exit 5. Neighbouring by active comercial centre (C180 & Mahkota Cheras. 6. Practical layout of units. 7. Decent facilities. 8. Decent Design. 9. Multiple mall choice. 10. Surounding basic amenities like schools, grocery shop and eateries. MINUS 1. Near cementery. 2. Cheras highrise oversupply. 3. Terible traffic flow. 4. Unknown developer reputation. 5. High density.
