The location isn't too good, but not too bad. The traffic light if you from KL area will kill you. but if from kajang,then it is fast, pay tol and go in, but don't pay using smart tag else hard to go in.

developer overall not too bad. the staff inside, architect and etc, all quite experience.

30 cents + 10 percent for sinking fund.
I think it is reasonable for such a massive facilities.
