Gravit8 Phase 2A and Phase 2B are schedule to complete in ONE PHASE in 2018. Which means Pier8, and the above 4 blocks of apartments Nordica, Adria (Phase 2A), Ashino, and Andaman (Phase 2B) will be completes together.

For me not yet received. I believe is upon completion of Stage 2A when the bank drawdown 1st 10% to purchaser account.

Even the construction progress had reached 2A, the rebate is depend on the paper work and how fast your bank disburse 10% of purchase price from your loan account for stage 2A.

You should receive letter from bank and developer on this.

Which letter you mean? The one initially we sign together with SPA which mentioned the total rebate splits to few stage, free gift of kitchen cabinet and etc, or latest letter from developer mention the stage 2A is complete and drawdown of 10% soon?

Just curious those buyer of this project is for own stay or investment
I am planning to get one but still considering and most of the nice units have been booked
Actually I love the concept of this project but worry the F&B and shopping mall / hotel can be running successfully because the management team is very important

My family asks me why dun consider landed property, eg. The Livia (by IJM land, 20x60 approximately 590k) or Sime Darby new project at Bukit Raja

the letter you received is from developer on the progress update or from bank  on the disbursement 10%?

The cash rebate will only transfer to you after your bank disburse the 10% from your loan account, plus some time for developer to process it. For some late buyer, their cash rebate may only credit on stage 2b.
