Mittaland got completed projects in kota damansara...called cascades....was told finishing quality average...but their retails didnt make any headwind..

frankly, there are info to show that individually owned retail lots will unlikely to do well....they don't need to trial and tested to find out the outcome...

even own managed malls might not necessarily doing well also.....there are enuf classic examples already...

Yes there was long time ago..the narrower of thai pennisular only 20 over kms i believe.

Malaysia also said it will build a gas pipeline across the narrowest pennisular there...
