Unless it is stated as "Mint In Sealed Box (MISB)", there is no way to guarantee that the condition is at the state nature condition as it was first taken from the original owner's vendor but then again, it could also be a gamble because I've heard some people had defective figures in respect of the MP-10 second run but generally, such occurrences are rare.

For example, I've seen some used car advertisement which states "in mint condition". It's definitely been used and to a certain extend but still considered as "mint". Whatever it is, there is no definitive meaning to the term "mint" unless it is MISB. Anything taken out from the box (no matter once or twice) shall be subjected to a thorough inspect of the figure itself before purchasing. Relying entirely on the seller's representative is a very dangerous thing to do especially when it is an online transaction.

On a side note, someone tried to sell me a MISB Hasbro's MP07 for RM2k+ is this normal or what? I checked ebay and went for the most expensive listing and with shipping and import charges included, it didn't hit above RM1k.
