i would like to upgrade ipad mini from IOS 6 to IOS7 coz some google apps doesnt work in IOS6.
i don wan to up IOS8 coz there is review saying tht ipad mini lag on IOS 8, and this ios take up more space. is there any other way to upgrade to IOS7 at this moment? |

nope. because apple stop signing for ios 7 for all mini series
