iz Kampachi in Pavilion alright? heard its friggin expensive. i've tried jap buffets in Saisaki, Ichiban, Sagano in Renaissance Hotel and one mre whic hav forgotten its name..its jz across the street frm Saisaki and the price is arnd the same tho Saisaki's food beats it hands down. Value vs quality i'd say Saisaki

QUOTE(Hico @ Sep 12 2009, 09:20 AM) i went to jogoya last week during dinner time. guess wat, taking the food there is like asking the food. the cook each time put few pcs and if you r late then he will tell you wait for another 5 minutes. especially the fried prawn.. i spent about 100+ then this is the service they give! really disappointed. and the food for dinner is even worst than the food for hi tea time! i will never go there during this hour anymore! wasted money! never go for full price jogoya. not worth it. lookout for promo like buy 2 free 1. 71bucks only that time i went with 6 friends. for that price i would rather use shangrila card and eat at lemon garden |

anyone can recommend me a good buffet for around 30 people? price not more than RM100 per pax. My choices are jogoya and lemongarden. with my prestige card, each person is around RM90 with tax after 20% off. jogoya got promotion with 10% off. Any other good jap buffets around? No shogun/saisaki please..traumatised.

theres so such thing as fresh sashimi in a buffet..go to any high class sushi bar and you get only 5 slices of salmon for about RM30. RM50+ buffet and u expect good quality sashimi?
If you insist, I'd suggest Shangri-la Zipangu |
