Hai my friend.. 2 question need to be answered..

1) sorry for off topic.. I just want to ask about the reability of SSHD.. Since SSHD have a nearly speed like SSD and bigger space per RM, i think i want to consider to buy SSHD..

Currently my rig have plextor 128gb SSD + 1TB Hdd.. That Hdd kind of slowing down my ssd like need to wake up when i click at Hdd partition..

2) Any suggestion SSD suitable for my old compaq CQ40 since it only have sata II..

TQ in advance

1) never used any sshd before. as for hdd delays, in power configurations just turn 'turn off hdd' option to never (0), and it should do the trick.

2) any mainstream sata3 ssds should be fine. they're cheaper also.

it's in control panel > power options > click 'change plan settings' in the current power profile > click 'change advanced power settings' > select had disks > select 'turn off hard disk after' > edit the value to 0

No no. Don't get mistaken. The re-badge Plextor version of Liteon model is 900S which only have 128GB and 256GB. The 512GB is not 900S Series, and it don't exists!
Ops. Did a quick research, it may exists, but make sure the part number is LCS-512L9S.

Liteon 900S
128GB: LCS-128L9S
256GB: LCS-256L9S
512GB: LCS-512L9S

oh. maybe the seller is kind enough to take a photo of the sticker.

we are well aware of liteon ssd sellers that don't actually sell the same drive that we refer to (which is l9s, also available in retail market), but other versions of their oem ssds. (maybe they're trying to ride on the reputation of l9s) imo they should provide at least the correct model number to buyers to do further research (like this guy, https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3621708 at least you know you can get a firmware upgrade from dell because they use the same in their systems, http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/...driverId=7DK2R).

it's not that old drives are bad. at least to me i wanna know what i am buying. (liteon is just a brand. it's the model number that we should look at also)

Yeah.. i think that lite-on ssd that seller trying to to sell as same as kuroro88 selling but 512GB M3S.. is it new or old model?
