Spend it first to upgrade the "Trident" laser weapon, this is a 2nd year anniversary free weapon from the game developer. Almost everyone uses it and most other main weapons becomes rather obsolete already. You need quite a lot of points to fully upgrade this weapon, but it is worth it.

forgot to advise..early stage, steer off desert and snow planet.
unless you have all terrain boot like iGamer
mob will move like normal but player will be slower like hell.....

Those auto turret is best reserved for solo mission, not ideal for multiplayer.

Last time when I was still below level 20, I called down a mech (the one with flame thrower and canon), a level 50 player destroy it immediately. I was so pissed off I shoot that level 50 player (he's not the host), he felt to the ground and throw a grenade at me, I died, then I abandoned the game.... 

I know certain veteran player prefers certain style of gameplay, but no one should act like he owns the game. So far I only kick out another player once, a noob driving his tank and constantly running over other players.

Some online players take the game too seriously, chilled off and just enjoy the mayhem 
Once in a while I played with people who loves driving around, I'm okay with them as long as they don't constantly drive over others 
Using the tank can be fun when the driver has good driving skill 

Sometimes some host will kick you out immediately (even b4 you dropped down) because they don't want to give easy/free points to latecomers who contribute litte during the last mission of the planet...... the real nature of people showing in online multiplayer Must be very stingy people in real life

btw... yesterday around 2pm i think, got x2 XP event.......
hehehehhe...when i joined in...already left 30mins for the event to end....so manage to play 2-3 games.
you should join in this type event and leveling up will be easy.
last time when i was level 13....manage to level up 2-3 level per day when i joined this type of event.

I will start playing around 12am. It's been 3 days I let my PS4 shut as I'm hooking on my Vita and waiting for Fallout 4 DLC to release.

usually we played around 10pm.....

usually this event happen when we finish conquering mission on certain race.
so final assault will be x2 XP event. usually the timer to conquered final assault is 42 hours. so can get x2 XP for 42 hours.
you can see on the map got 1 race illuminate cant be play. because that race we already conquered.
once all conquered, then it will restart back and all race available.
yesterday somehow the bugs is attacking human city in the area, so we need to defend it, so got x2 XP event. but timer only 8 hours or something

I've encountered lots of problem joining games in Helldivers lately. Failure to join, drop out, host migrating, drop out right after completing mission..... It's frustrating.

Also most veteran players seem to have abandon this game, leaving only newbies. So the multiplayer experience has been really bad recently. It's annoying to die repeatedly from friendly fire of newbies.

Saw inexis quite a few times in Helldivers but always full house so cannot join in.
