Knight is a one-handed SMG which is one of the best non-DLC weapons.

And no, you cannot change your handgun to other one-handed weapons. Well you shldnt be using a lot of your handgun anyway, if you do, then you're probably doing something wrong.

The ranger pack is free for download now and the rest of the weapons dlc pack or on sales

The thing with illuminates to use your jump pack and constant movement. Can consider taking the cardio accelerator perk too especially if you're solo-ing.

Most of the times it is better to run away than to fight.

Rule of thumb for every game is to kill off the scouts as fast as possible. Once the alarm is sounded, you gotta start running, battle is an option but it is definitely the higher risk option in a team.

To kill scouts fast I usually use a SMG or something that has rapid fire with a fair amount of accuracy. Since I am stuck with only the free stuff, I usually uses the Knight SMG. Single handed and easy to sweep the floor with it.

Have to admit solo is not possible for me in the cyborg realm. Still yet to unlock the railcannon >.<

Good ballistic AR = Justice.

Pretty good in short bursts but not speedy enough to kill scouts before alarm especially illuminates unless you're deadly accurate in aiming.
