My usual meals was below:
Breakfast, 2 slices of bread + anything I can find
Lunch, full box of mixed rice (leave no space)
Dinner, full box of mixed rice (leave no space)
then i started adding oats:
instant oats, every 1 and half hour before Lunch and Dinner.
My gains = 67kg to 75kg within 8 months, I also have high metobolism. Now road block at 75kg.
workout = 3 times a week
