guys, wanna ask the pro here
im planning to bulk now and consuming ultimate nutrition muscle mass
is it okay if i do weigt training on monday, then full cardio and abs on tues without taking muscle mass on the day and back to weight training on wed?
is it okay to do full cardio day in between?
