one of the fastest way to increase weight, take supper, but of course it is not very health.
do u drink beer, becuz beer gives you that fugly beer belly if ya drink too much. it's ok to take a little, but take in moderation.
btw, rice does not make you fat. if u always favour those char kuey teow or hokkien fried, yeah, that is what that will get you.
and if you always eat out, chances are you will put on more weight. stuff like mc d's or kfc, those are the ones that make ppl fat.
