im a 19 year old dude
with a height of 172 +- and weigh 50kg
i can conclude that i should eat more calories to gain weight.
i do eat alot , but i guess not enough or wrong choice of food.
any suggestion of food?

okay , so ive calculated my TDEE and it turns out to be 2247.
how should i proceed from here?
also, does sleeping late effect gaining weight?

but i do not know what exercise or what routine to follow
any ideas?
and how would i know how much calories are in the food i consume?
