Hi guys,

First of all, I'm not kurang berat but I'm too thin. I'd searched for a diet routine and what I get is a bunch of western diet, I can say they eat meat everyday. sweat.gif Can you guys tell me what should I eat daily? I don't want to have protein powder, mass gainer, or any other bb supplement in my diet cuz I cannot afford. shakehead.gif

IMO, there's not much of western/malaysian diet. We still eat chicken, beef, rice, oatmeal, etc...
Chicken rice or even nasi lemak can be the right choice as long as you track your calorie PROPERLY and not doing it a few days and stop a few days.
If you find hitting ur daily macro a bit difficult, try peanut butter, olive oil as I feel I can hit my calorie easily with their help.
