hi. i am endomorph. before was too fat 95kg. easily gain weight with a bit eating with no exercise. currently already lose weight down to 70kg.
now struggling with trying to gain weight to bulk up. while when i didnt exercise or when i didnt eat clean, my bodyfat shoot up and noticeably lose my abs (only the upper 2 pack well seen before). but when i tried to eat clean and exercise, my muscle loosen down and my weight down to 68kg. now i want to concentrate on bulking up to get more muscle. what clean eating you can suggest and exercise you suggest? preferably a cheap solution. not enough money to spend here. and is it even possible for the body type to change? am i currently ectomorph, because i was sure my body easily store fat, but why is it so hard to maintain my weight?
