hi there. just so u know, i am 5'6 n 45kg, which is very unhealthy and underweight. I've tried to workout, wiegh-liftung, situps but it has all come in vain. I eat a lot, but my weight never seems to be gained. Even every of my family member is the the kind of type of easy-to-gain-weight.

And by the end of year I am going to turn 20. My weight did not gain at all when I was 15. This is really desperate for me. I looked so ugly ;(

Skinny boys like me got super high metabolic rate. That is why, we need to drink Weight Gain milk after every meal to balance the metabolism lor.

Not neccessary. Skinny boys just need to follow the strict routine of eat, gym and rest. This formula has been proven again and again. You can ask any experienced bodybuilder over here.

1 question to ask! example of breakfast is like when?

i wake at 6...den if i din eat a lot eat a bittttttt only....den at around 10a.m during tea break..only i eat a lot..den continue on with lunch and so on.

so my question is..is the tea break breakfast thingy considered as breakfast ? or the instant i wake up at 6...dat is my real breakfast
*
To answer your question, breakfast is break into 2 individual words, break and fast, which means to say to have a break after the fasting from your sleep. So eat something good at 6 am. That's more important than what you eat at 10am.

this sound like ppl don't workout.
*
that's true, workout people are more discipline, just like the army smile.gif

for the question above, wake up earlier to eat your breakfast, any excuses are another hindrance to get big
