Yes.. My weight almost same(45.5kgs, 162-163, age 21) and my waist up 1 inch(27 -> 28). Have Inner Armour Mass Gainer but rarely use it bcuz have other commitment icon_question.gif .. 1 more thing, masturbate is good or bad thing for make our body gained weight?

No.. I eat rice, fried fish and chicken and some sort of vegetables.. But, I less eat than normal(1-2 times a day)

I don think so because I always drink iced milo + condensed milk.. but when I use my mass gainer(Inner Armour Mass Gainer(Choco.)) after 30 minutes(estimation) drink with dishes(rice,fried fish,curry and some vegy) or when body felt hot cuz lack of water, then I throw xD in toilet...I'm always problem when drink with milk

sorry, want to ask.. I buy IA Mass Gainer 15lbs(choco.) w/o shaker from my friends now its rarely used and been keeped in kitchen board. When I shake it, its powder are very concetrated..So, I use blender and it works..Then, I drink with my meals(rice,fried fish/chicken,curry n some of vegetables).. Can it increase weight?

Okay.. But I just always eating without proper training bcuz not used to and sometimes when feel bored I make some push-ups unconsistantly reps bcuz when in front of computer for a long time is tiring.
