sorry, want to ask.. I buy IA Mass Gainer 15lbs(choco.) w/o shaker from my friends now its rarely used and been keeped in kitchen board. When I shake it, its powder are very concetrated..So, I use blender and it works..Then, I drink with my meals(rice,fried fish/chicken,curry n some of vegetables).. Can it increase weight?
