i used to tried all above except the olive oil

but i stop doing that around 6 months ago
so using that mass can really improve my weight? my metabolism quite high. eat banyak mana pun still sama. maybe diff person diff body system

yes 1200 kal per serving? did u recommend me that. i think that mass is easy since its is 1 for all. no need to buy other food separately.
i use severals product b4 including herbalife. some of them like protein etc etc. i can see some improvement but now i want to try mass/true hass/hard mass
