wow.. after read few page and i realize its hard to gain weight,right..
its either to gain fat or,the body muscle..
im new here with 175 tall and 56kg.. any tips for me to gain weight? and i want muscle.
type of food that i should consume? preferly non body build up supplements.. like meats etc..
