Those who try to gain weight but end up with a big tummy…

How do you guys get rid of those fat at your belly?

Just by doing workouts will do the trick?

Thanks for the reply.

The big tummy part...meaning that when I stick to a weight training program, the fat around the belly will gradually recede, correct?

Or is there any other method than weight training? What about jogging or swimming?

What is the appropriate food to consume before I start running?

Would having 2 eggs + 250ml of full cream milk around 0700 be sufficient?
