Bro, if u're like me who don't take much meat, spirulina maybe a solution. Organic one if possible cause scared got sea contamination or those fillers. Let me know if u can't find. However, organic one are pricier :-)

Hi lcsum, sugar fruits @ fructose is NOT equivalent with the normal sugar. It's natural & are easily assimilated & digested by our body. Are you aware that even diabetics are also encouraged to take fruits? (according to my nutritionist)

I eat 5-6 times a week....
I eat more food than what my friends did.......

Hi Ezymeal, I have nothing to against on fruits but tis tread is on how to gain weight
which means we're talking about adding more calories to your daily diet...
herbivore people will have a hard time to gain muscle compare to carnivore people  laugh.gif
fruits do play an important role in our meal but in term of calories, protein & carb plays a major roles...
darklight can share example of your daily schedule high in protein meal ....it can be a guidance for some here laugh.gif
