As I've searched for anything related to this on Lowyat, I couldn't find any advises/recommendations. I hope it's alright I started a thread.

I will be travelling to Shanghai and HK this December.

Will be flying with Air Asia for my flights from :

KL - Hangzhou
Hong Kong - KL

Will be flying with Spring Airlines (China's domestic airline) from :

Shanghai - Hong Kong


Seeing Air Asia offers their own insurance, I guess it's no brainer to get it from them but my main question is for my flight from Shanghai to Hong Kong, who/which company should I purchase from? I've checked Spring Airline's website and they do not offer their own insurance.

Any recommendations? Thanks alot guys.

I will be travelling alone to these countries for 2 weeks so I'm not too sure if Air Asia's travel insurance works for me. Any advises?

Really appreciate any help you guys can give. This is my first time abroad and alone.
