Bought Allianz Travel Care (Online).
Proceed to claim for a 9 hours flight delay.
One of the document requested -- boarding pass unintentionally left in the aircraft when disembark -- the delayed journey just made me so fatigue to forget to bring back the piece of paper.
After the insurer heard of the above, no more respond and further engagement afterward -- they just simply ignored what other supporting e.g. irregularity itinerary and airline irregularity report provided to them earlier.
Moral of the story, look for other insurers in future trips.
