Cathay is using Chubb..but seems cheaper to buy seperately..
Airline insurance is different with comprehensive/full range product. I guess it was cheaper because there is 25% discount

Reliable then? If it is then I guess I'm buying it from here instead of getting it in Tehran during arrivals.
Haven't bought my insurance yet for US as well, may consider Chubb if it is reliable.
They might not be long in the market compared to AIG & AXA but they are competitive. Cathay, Malindo, Tiger air are using Chubb so its up to you to decide if they are reliable

What are the dates you usually input for travel insurance by the way? Especially for long flights. Say I'm going to the US. Depart KL 11th, transit Saudi Arabia 11-12, reach us 12. Coming back depart US 28, transit Saudi Arabia 29 and reach KL 30.
Do you buy insurance to US from 12-28? Or from 11-30?
Usually for travel insurance it start to cover you when you depart from home so you will have to enter from 11-30 Oct. Though most of the benefits only start covering you in foreign country but PA start when you depart home..
