i bought AXA (VIP - and got 20% discount if you buy online) for my mom coz thats the only one that allowed >90 days travel..
unfortunately my mom got sick and went to doctor twice..
forward all the receipts to my brother and claim straight away even my mom still overseas..
claim cleared the week after.. no hiccups at all..
