 Hose and Gas Regulator, Advice when getting Hose n Gas Regulator

To be safe, get the black hose type.
But I've been using transparent type for 10 years(not advisable).
Regardless of any hose you are going to use, you must make sure the connection points are intact at all times and depressurize it when not in use.
