Looking atthe price, pebble is quite expensive with the features it offers, zenwatch2 is much cheaper.

Actually want to use it as a good standalone vibration interval timer. Normal watch would be better but I can't find a flexible watch withflexible ebough  timerfor my need.

Those android wear would it be good as  maybe not connected to the phone.
*
Haha, when you post this, Pebble just dropped the price of the Pebble Time to USD150.

Well its the ugliest version of current pebble though that battery life is good. And it has some toy like charm.

Is there official dealer for pebble in Malaysia?

Next generation android wear worth speaker ate still more versatile though battery life still lose out
*
No official dealer, Pebble has free international shipping.

Tbh, I quite like the Pebble Time Round, very thin. But I just splashed $$ to buy the LG Urbane...waiting for it to arrive. rclxms.gif

What about custom tax and clearance? Because it's more than rm500. If there are problems how's the warranty and repair?
*
I order from Qoo10.sg, no customs tax/clearance...I send it to my friend in SG (it is imported from Korea), then when he come back to Msia, he will bring it back for me.

Last time I ordered the LG G Watch also from SG, no issues...

If there are issues, I will have to send it back to the seller in SG.

Even if you buy in Msia, no official warranty as all are imported set. Managed to get this @SGD229, much cheaper than any in Msia.

yeah, it's a shock when heard tat the battery life reduced to almost same as AW...
thinking abt tat option also, either a 700bucks zenwatch 2 local or go for a 800+ LG urbane foreign warranty...
heard 11street got urbane offer @ 888, dunno reliable or not.. hmm.gif
*
T&L should be OK. With 11street code, can get rm800.

basically the specs is more or less the same... just the P-OLED vs OLED, maker and round vs square difference
only..
*
Round vs Square is the main difference...oh and ZW2 got speaker support.

What's T and L guys?

Is there any interval timer, like the one you use to set time for different set of exercise and rest period that can be use totally offline, without any connection to the phone?

For android wear smartwatch  and pebble?
*
Haha, T&L is the vendor selling the LG Urbane for RM888 at 11street.

Hmm, the timer, have to check on Google Play store whether got such app or not. I think should have, just need to search.

Pebble also have to search, but I think it has.

thanks, so zenwatch 2 already got the marshmallow update huh, thought currently only the moto360 got it..

Should hit the ZW2 soon. Huawei Watch just got it this week.

So far all the watches using the same platform and UI, that is why the updates are pushed almost together, but still according to batches.

My moto 360 1st gen still haven't get it. rclxub.gif

Just updated my Huawei Watch yesterday.
It can be used for more than just calls.
There's a sound option in the settings to control various level of volumes such as media, alarm , ring and ringtone.

You can use the speaker for;
1) Talkback function (enabled via accessibility)
2) Calls
3) Alarms
4) Music playback

Sadly there's no notifications sound toggle yet to be found. Just the regular vibration
*
I think if notification got sound, will be quite annoying. rclxub.gif

My 3rd Android Wear Device - The LG Watch Urbane

Coming from the 1st Gen Moto 360, some of the few things I like about the Urbane:

Better Battery Life: Even with Always-On, this device can definitely outlast my Moto 360, even when my Moto 360 doesn't have Always-On.

Smoother Performance: The smoothness in performance is pretty obvious here, much less choppy as compared to the Moto 360, especially during voice commands/replies. Also the screen has much better resolution.

No Flat Tire: I know many say they wouldn't mind the FT, but given the choice, I would rather not have the flat tire.

Uses Standard 22mm Straps: As compared to the Moto 360, any standard 22mm strap can be easily fitted on the watch. I had to use the SteelConnect M for the Moto 360 in order to achieve the same convenience.

Some things I miss:

Lack of Ambient Light Sensor: Lack of flat tire meaning lack of Ambient Light Sensor, which I missed during my time outdoors. Fortunately I don't hang around much outdoors under the sun. Till now I still wonder why can't manufacturers placed the ALS somewhere else and still giving the full circle. I guess it's the limitation of technology.

Design: Probably it's only my first day with the Urbane, but I still find Moto 360's overall design looks better. The lugs on the Urbane looks awkwardly large. But I do like the chrome finish of the Urbane though.

Thank you for reading. Loving the Urbane so far. Glad I made the jump, also got a great deal for this, SGD229 from Qoo10.SG

Congrats  biggrin.gif
So true on battery life. Moto 360 ( without AlwaysOn ) I reached home with around 60% battery life. HW ( and most other AW with modern SOC ) reached home with 60% but AlwaysOn ( and not the Motorola's half-fake AlwaysOn  tongue.gif  )
Just like you, I really wanted Auto Brightness. True I rarely go outdoor too, but yesterday at Broga hill, damn it having difficult time to read time outside  bangwall.gif
*
Hahaha, have to triple click for outdoor mode. tongue.gif

Haha, I am a weirdo, I am right-handed but wearing watch on right hand.
