Cuz of digi and n4 problem...

truth is, i jumped from maxis to digi because of 2 years bill shock. i went to digi and was happy initially as i was only paying like RM50-60 per month for internet and calls. then gatal go sign note 2 package. rm88/month. ok all good.

then now 148/month signed with note 4. but then suddenly digi became crap. cant call out, cant receive calls, call out no ringing tone, just silence. try call ppl, immediately call ended.

internet also like haram.

lucky u. my issue arose 2-3 weeks back.

really annoyed. the other day, wanted to call my mother in law to ask if i can drop by shortly to pick my daughter up, took me 10 minutes keep trying to call and call and call. when got thru, she couldnt hear me then after awhile the line was quiet. put down, redial, and no dial tone nothing, just silence. call again, immediately call ended.

while trying to call, suddenly receive sms that i got voicemail from my mother in law (she was calling back but also engage). understandable since i was trying to call her, but for 10 freaking minutes?

worst case, the internet.... when 4g or 3g is on, its ok... as long as its not full bar.. i will have issues

Only past 3 weeks keep like that. Call them complain also no use.

Note 2 not bad eh. Slower but my love for note started with this baby. Anyway its just to try out digi and dropped calls.

Will L solve reception issue? Or is that design flaw?

Actually this prob is quite subjective, some ppl say ok some ppl not... i guess it all depends on user. Whether u r sensitive or not.

I have learnt to accept this shit for now unless it pisses me off again. Sometimes really frustrating especially when trying to call someone on urgent matters.

But overall, digi internet/mobile data is ok. Calls je..
