I did reformat the phone and wiped data before flashing, I flashed Kitkat when people said they had the same problems so it's not just me. :|

No lah, I used the same SD card from 4 of my previous smart phones, that's about 5 year's photos.

I never tried his Lollipop's rom, but I am using his Kitkat release.

His rom is basically debloated stock rom with minor modification stated on his page.

Wanam has his rom settings released in a form of Xposed Mod(Wanam Xposed) which you have to install to get extra custom rom features, without Wanam Xposed, the rom is just like tweaked stock rom. Xposed mods are not available for Samsung's Lollipop yet though.

Do we need to install new modem & bootloader to use Wanam rom?

btw does anybody facing following issue ?

1. sometimes palm to take screenshot not working, have to swipe few times then only work

2. wifi dc automatically, then connect it back automatically, happened it on my home wifi, haven't try other places wifi

I have seen both no 1 and 2,but very2 rare,so i dont consider it as a problem

maybe due to weak wifi signal at my computer room
but on other places no issue lol

but then again i understand your issue, thing is the note series is generally flawless, so whenever got small issue like this happen, its possible to get scared and worried

as long as its not frequent and doesn't effect your phone usage, i think there's no need to worry

Haha mine average 2hr SOT... bluetooth connection to moto360 & mi band 24/7 (ble), connection to odb2 and Fobo (ble) while driving... I guess that take out a lot of the batteries

i js updated my note 4 with Lollipop SweetRom and install Ultimate Kernel v14 today.
since then, it always prompt error as below. even after restart, it still remain the same.
any ideas?

Yes, if you flash Lollipop without flashing the Poland rom first. No, if you're flashing wanam's kitkat on a kitkat phone.

Use Titanium Backup to freeze: SecirityLogAgent and SecurityManagerService.

Nope, no problem at all, I used to have that notification on my DN4 note and that is the solution found in their forum, also if you check Ultimate Kernel's forum at XDA, that is a known problem too, and suggested fix.
