Just got my new note 4 this morning.... Right after I sold off my meizu. Walked downstairs to maxis and signed up a plan with a note 4. All I need to do now is root it... Heh Heh.

nothing wrong...just bought to test it out...just not my cup of tea...needed a more custom rom flashable phone.
pretty solid build...aluminium sides...gorilla 3 glass...octacore (gets pretty hot).
i liked the fingerprint scanner...freaking awesome. one button does login, back, and lock screen

Been reading about rooting on note 4.

1. Can I root with odin and maintain the Knox?
2. I wanna root and keep the stock ROM.. Don't want to lose the functions of the SPen. Unless got custom ROM that has all functions of note 4?
3. Root without using custom recovery? Like twrp?

I am thinking of getting a tempered glass also. But have to get a GOOD quality (ie..expensive ones), i had a cheap rm30 one on my previous phone. there's more fingerprints and oil on it than without.

Got a glitch on my note4....still stock and unrooted...yet. twice already i lost all sound...even mute and unmute did not help. only a restart can get going again. anyone had this problem? hardware? software?

seriously...why so many note 4 owners here are on digi? cheaper? better deal on device?

i was with maxis at the beginning...went to digi...then to umobile..and now back with maxis...a circle.

found out that maxis is still better...4g and normal phone coverage. I guess this is subjective to user's location. Mine in klang and around KL for work is great

I used to be on Umobile's U28 plan but with additional RM10 rebate..comes to RM18 a month! cant beat that. but coverage and data is awful. and since it's for work now...i signed up with maxis 128 with note4 plan. nice. unlimited calls.

actually the note4 was the bonus that came with it. did not plan for it actually...did not want the iphone or the overpriced edge.

Lollipop has been downloaded... Just saw a pop up on my phone. Finally.

How long does the battery last for u guys on lollipop? Mine so far normal use... About 16hrs.

Unplug at 7am...1% at 11pm. Some COC... Fb... Surfing... Lots of whatsapp... Basically alot of screen time.

Good or bad time?
