I can't see any notes of the refund date. Just sumbit yesterday for (year 2019). Im first timer. Need your advice guys.!

How about I just filed taxes for YA2018 and 2019. The taxes was paid via PCB. When will I get my refund?

I also still waiting for 2019 refund..


Before this ie 2018/2017/2016 .can get within 2 3 months only

Hard to tell. I never file late but if on time also almost a year...then u can expect the time frame

Fine if you pay late. I don't know if there is a fine for late filing. Income tax payment itself was done promptly every month (and was overpaid).

Purpose of filling is to see if you pay less or more than you should. What if after you do late filling then you found out you pay less and ned to topup. Isnt that count as late payment?

My RPGT was delayed to. When I went to check the lady said it was in process haha. She also smiled and told me to fill up a form requesting LHDN to expedite. Got it two weeks later.

Go to LHDN (if operating under MCO) and enquire. Their online system also stalls you. Before I went there I logged a ticket as it was MCO. No update. But miraculously after i went in person it got updated as solved just a day or two before I got payment 😂

Can be two cases:

1) Late filing + late payment

2) Late filing

I think 1) is worse than 2).

if file early, 2-4 weeks already get..last year 7 months saja ada basic,no extra & allowance....i think this year & 2022 they cari betul2..hunt u like Liam Nelson..
