android isn't a good platform for vst as compared to ios. AFAIK the drivers issues makes latency too high, which is why there is lacking in such apps. Buy an ipad + ipad video connector to connect the midi keyboard, works better than android devices

even if it has, it will be at very infancy stage whilst ios has already mature so much, the prowess of ios is equivalent to a last gen computer (maybe in the dual core age) build for audio processing. ditch yer droid and come to the dark side or just buy a used ipad which practically goes for nothing nowadays.
