Rumor is that some1 challenge the wall.....and the rims went kaput.....maybe that's how the metal got stuck at the pads lor....just guessing

possible also... but usually when things like this happens your brake pads should have just scrub off any debris.

first time ever this happen to me lol
discussed around and no one could figure out how it happened lol

The rubberize coating is for sound proof.
Rustproof is different.. Either powder coat or special paint..

typically galvanization dips and what not.
very expensive process, not simply spray another layer and be done with it.
