manufacturing process normally use 3 different size (0.25mm +/-) .. so u will need 3 mould.

production of 30 units per month .. 30 x 4 = 120 piston x 3 diff size as buffer = 360 piston.

when only can get ROI ? (Return of investment)

btw, piston cant simply be share between 1.6L, 1.8L , 1.3L . if u do not know ..

All COMPANY are setup to EARN money .. first objective is ROI .. they rebadge LANCER is to gain market share for C-segment car where they do not have a proper replacement htat time.
Everything is about ROI .. yes .. they initially says wanna boost up the localize parts.. but sales LOW.. u still invest in localizing the parts ? pointless right.. juz buy from mitsu and pasang and sell.. simple.. less risk.

Most ppl just tot of LOCAL parts cheaper ma... yea right.. u go ask ppl build something custom for u see cheap or not .. the amount of sales juz does not justify.

Not just proton.. look at other brands... Honda.. Mazda... u ever see manual from them ? RARE right.. becoz market demand is low.. they order production line to do specify model (even lancer have multiple different variant for different country) .. there will be a minumum order.. imagine Honda bring in CIVIC 2.0 Manual .. ops.. before we go there.. just look at the honda CRZ .. out of 10 on the road.. 9 of them are AUTO.. if they sell 10 unit per month .. minimum order is 100 unit per variant.. case for manual will need 100 month to sell off the stock.

its an actual 4B11T . I personally did that wiring.

the fuel pump is running original with return route .. original as of evolution / ralliart .. not lancer

if u really wan buy from him .. prepare some much cash .. loan will be base on the 1.8 version value only . most likely 40k ++ loan u can get

and the brakes are running on twin pot ralliart as well ..

Becoz i limit the rpm to 7k. And they hit rpm cut at 5th gear. That is around 248kmh. When rpm cut, the ecu stop the injector from feeding fuel to slow the car down. At that speed.. That concerntration.. Suddenly no fuel sampai.. Balls also shrink.. Thats why tiewww lo

I think quite normal.
Nowadays car ventilation not able to close 100% for safety reason.

Detune lo. His ralliart is custom map build by me, but the mapping profile still run exactly like stock ralliart, means there is still room for improvement..

Next u will ask since same like ralliart why need to custom build the map?
Few reasob
1. Ralliart runs on sst, william car manual
2. we need to use te ralliart ecu, becoz 4B11t comes with second air temp sensor, stock NA ecu lack of the connection (missing internal componnt)
3. If slap in a evo x 5mt ecu, the mapping will not suit as evo x running bigger turbine. Not to mention error will keep promping. So far william car have been on d road for more than 3 months no engine code error.

Lastly i dun think giving him more boost or fine tune map will help in any way other than getting him killed. Its a front wheel drive with 343Nm of torque. Got chance u test u will know what i am saying..
