Reason for sale:. my fren got con by the seller. the seller told him, his motherboard support this but actually not. this is DDR3 GC while his motherboard support only DDR2. This GC bought in 2015-Feb-13.

I don't think the seller scam your friend. The memory on the card and the motherboard are 2 different thing. Even if your motherboard is running DDR2, the graphic card can run using DDR3 or even GDDR5 as long as the motherboard have PCI-E slot. The only thing that can make the card and the board incompatible is the slot itself -- IF the board is using AGP slot.

My sys running DDR3 and graphic card running DDR1 only....oldies card..

My fren not so techie so he snapped a photo of the my computer property to the seller, it didn't mention any about the board info. And the seller keep push this GC to him said can use. But end up VGA, HDMI of the GC not working and the board seems not using the GC at all. Guess it has to be his board didn't have the PCI-E slot.
