Currently I'm taking GNC Re-Built Mass daily, N.O Xplode as pre-workout while ON Platinum Hydro Whey as post workout. I workout once for every 2 days

Guys, I have a question on taking intra-workout or BCAA. When is the proper time to consume it? I mean, if I got like 6 routines for my workout, do I take it between routine 3 and 4 or do I take it between each routine?
