Pre : 2 tbsp PB, 1 cup of oats , 2 cups of milk, 1 scoop whey (optional)
Post : 1 scoop whey, dex ( optional )
After 1 hour or so, i`ll have some brown rice/white rice, 6 oz chicken breast, 3-4 whole eggs, greens at will.
Any pointers?
