pre-workout: a banana and a glass of milk + nutrex ignite
during workout: nutrex massxxplosion
post workout: two servings of ON whey + milk + dinner
i'm not very good with this, so hoping sum1 can help me fine-tune my pre/post workout nutrition. and pls recommend brands of supplements if can
