QUOTE(infrasonic @ Mar 16 2013, 07:33 PM) just heard it from my fren..there's some powder/injection that let's you gain muscle faster compared with normal protein shake. and if u didn't workout when u consume it, it's gonna make you real fat POWDER that makes u gain FAT.. REAL FAT is mass gainer protein powder. that is only if u did not go to the gym n hit the weights at all.. yes u can gain alot of fat from there.uhh if so what type of food? i do eat quite a lot of meat (rice also quite a lot) and very little veges as i hate it.. INJECTION means steroids? why bother so much about injection? your friends didnt really understand about bodybuilding, they just heard from others who have less knowledge and then go talk to others. |

QUOTE(lilredridinghood @ Mar 20 2013, 11:03 AM) Want mass gainers? faster way, drink coca colas, red bulls, livita, power gel, 100+ whatever you can think of that you love dude seriously what is wrong with you? this is the PROPER pre n post workout thread.. why r u listing all kinda sh*tty food here? this is the bodybuilding thread not bodygrowingsideways threadEat, peanut butters(I can eat this for fun, non stop even when I'm full, for some reason), coconut oil(1 tbsp = approximately 120kcal), your favourite greasy burgers(double quarter pounder = more than 600kcal easily + fries and non diet soda? = more than 1000kcal) It doesn't really take much effort to consume more than 3000kcal per day, okay, for some it can be a little tough but then again, here is a sample meal if I really want to bulk. Dirty bulk without protein shakes or powders to aid in. 3 meals sample Breakfast Nasi Lemak with fried chicken (800cal) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/...ed-egg-64660105 Teh Ais (130cal) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/...eh-ais-65346534 Lunch Meatball sub with cheese and many many things 6inch (600) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/...peroni-18601035 Cookies (200cal) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/...-tambi-59920213 Coca Cola small (140cal) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/...-small-64884077 Fruits say water melon? (80cal) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/...edless-53478107 Dinner Wendy's Dave's Hot 'N Juicy™ 3/4 lb.* Triple (1000cal) http://www.wendys.com/food/Nutrition.jsp# And this is only for 3 meals. |

QUOTE(lilredridinghood @ Mar 20 2013, 11:50 AM) How is that wrong in the first place buddy? Especially when there are people saying it's hard to fit in calories? so u think coca cola is healthy? nasi LEMAK n FRIED chicken? teh ais n cookie?? put your stubbornness aside and please don't be so childish! So are mass gainers healthier than the food that I have described? If you want proper food, do emphasise here and do explain how are proper healthy foods like? Complex carbohydrates? Starchy vegetables? Lentils? Good fats? High protein? Low fat low carbs? Trust me, I haven't gone real unhealthy yet. And most importantly, put your ego aside and stop looking at me as a obese guy, you have no idea how I look like and apparently you have problem comprehending sarcasm. |
